What is Cold Press Coffee?
Cold press coffee is the name given to the style of extraction used for making a cold black coffee. The coffee beans are roasted to their desired colour and strength. The coffee beans are then ground to a medium/course grind and placed into a filter tied up and placed into a commercial size vat or water storage. It is here the ground coffee reacts infusing for the next 20hrs. Once time has come, the ground beans are strained and we have our base black cold pressed coffee.
